Welcome To Sergeants...
Sergeants Restaurant with Rooms is located in Caerphilly County Borough, which is rich in heritage, history and beautiful countryside. The Borough is located in the heart of Southern Wales within easy reach of Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons.

CELEBRITY GUESTS AT 'SERGEANTS'
1. On a freezing cold day in December 2007, independent automotive journalist Anthony Ffrench-Constant joined other Christmas diners at 'Sergeants' and in the Spring issue of 'Plus Magazine (for Chevrolet customers)', he wrote:
"Sergeants Restaurant with Rooms occupies a converted Edwardian police station in the town of Nelson, a short hike from the stunning mountain scenery of the Brecon Beacons." "Being served food by someone dressed as a police constable is an experience I'd hoped never to endure. However, it's one which I'm more than happy to undergo, because they've just brought me the very best shepherd's pie I've ever eaten! Made with ultra-slow cooked shoulder of Welsh lamb and a fantastically rich port and red wine-laced gravy."
2. On Saturday 26th January, Roy Noble OBE dined at the restaurant and was delighted to find such an excellent restaurant in the Welsh Valleys. On Monday 28th January, during his programme on BBC Radio Wales, he told listeners about his wonderful evening.
